Usually, when election fever begins, the main focus is often placed on the candidates and how they compare to each other. While this is informative and helps in making a decision, an important question remains; how can the VOTER decide who (s) he wants to run the government if (s) he is not sure how things run! When election strategies are presented, they are often portrayed as quick, easy and cheap solutions, while not openly mentioning the messy, risky and expensive parts. This has been severely evident within all human history, and in reality, many of our current problems are not going to get solved without facing some harsh choices. Ultimate Priority Educational Foundation is aimed at empowering voters to make the most of their votes, by having strong, informed opinions about what those choices might be. By providing the relevant guidelines, Ultimate Priority will educate voters about the problems the country is facing and in turn better equip them with regard to the plans politicians put forward.

Who we are:
People, who believe, that many of the social problems we face today, such as hunger, wars, poverty, unemployment, etc are caused by a simple fact: Voters that are unable to judge independently are going to the voting stations. Surely, we're talking about free elections or elections, where voters are pressurized by propaganda only. Voting procedures in the various kinds of concentration camps are not considered at all.

Our Objectives:
� One of our objectives is to bring society the understanding that there is a great need for social education. Many social troubles and disorders, such as hunger, unemployment, poverty etc., are due to the lack or absence of education. Thus we at Ultimate Priority Educational Foundation will seek to empower people with an education.
One of the most powerful forces of a prosperous society is the Free Election Mechanism. Yet this force is just as destructive. In the hands of the unskilled it leads to disaster and suffering� Obviously educated choices can only be made by those who have the capacity to make them, and thus only those people should be able to exercise their right to vote. For example, you would not allow an untrained person to pilot Jumbo Jet you are on, so why allow an uneducated individual to choose the future for us, our children and the coming generations?
The current situation with regard to election policy and education is far from perfect even in the highly developed countries, despite all counter-arguments; democracy and ochlocracy are two very different concepts.
The governing power always tends to work with the least educated electoral material. The power to vote is the responsibility of every citizen. However, for this 'power' to be effective, every voter MUST be in the position to be able to judge independently, before any vote is made, the causes and concerns of those involved in the political race. Our main objective will thus be to impart all the necessary disciplines and knowledge necessary for a person to make an informed decision.


Case in point: There use to be time, when an individual could posses and drive a vehicle without a license. However, over the course of time and due a variety of reasons, society has 'restricted' the freedom of individual for the sake of safety of those around us. One now had to be in possession of a valid license, and herein our point: One could only obtain a license by complying with and demonstrating certain knowledge and skills. Logically then, should not the same skill and knowledge by demonstrated before a person assumes the right to vote?


� We would like to turn the elections into an unprejudiced exercise. This exercise will be open to all; however, an important point to remember to make this process beneficial is that those partaking will need to exhibit a desire to learn.

� We foresee a future were the best political mandate will take precedence over those who merely seek to fulfill the 'comical' role of crowd pleasing. Thus the imposters will be replaced with real politicians with real political mandates�. Through educated decisions we will sift out those really wanting to make a difference from those who seek to merely further their own ideals.

Our objectives remain thus:
1. To get society educated
2. To make education accessible to all
3. Through education, improve society
4. Create opportunities for employment



We will:
1. Create memberships and call on volunteers
2. Advertise and market Ultimate Priority
3. Raise Funds
4. Hire educational personnel
5. Create, with the help of established institutions (e.g. Department of Education, The Department of Social Welfare, and various NGO's), International agents and training facilities.

Our goals:
Immediate goal:
To develop an effective voter education program
Receive and process feedback from society, on how to adjust, develop and improve the program.
� To inform citizens worldwide that voting without basic fundamental knowledge of math, history, etc., is more dangerous than allowing drivers on the roads without licenses.
To involve all interested and willing individuals, communities and social structures in the development and functioning of the applicable programs.
� Create voluntary Educational Centers, where members of society will be educated as per program. All results will be monitored, recorded and published.

To Inform society that:
1. There is a Voter Education Program available that is designed to empower them!
2. No harm can be caused by being educated
3. That the program will be a test of willingness
4. That there will be no human rights violations


Intermediate goal:
To convince the United Nations and other international authorities that the first step in the correct direction will be to create, on a voluntary basis, educational institutions for all voters. Independent authorities are to supervise the educational procedure, and this procedure should then be changed into an obligatory procedure in most educated and democratic countries.


Ultimate goal:
The only way to change society is to educate society. Educated societies make informed decisions, and informed decisions not only impact immediate surroundings but the world. One uninformed generation tends to follow the next. This cycle needs to be broken. There are countries advocating their special way of thinking, and western society does not understand them. Civilization can not afford to have those who keep people ignorant. People need to be educated; this education needs to be transparent. The World can not afford to be lead by ignoramuses.
UN program, has to be developed as the result of common efforts, should over a certain period of time, bring all countries of the World to the same standard of pre-voting education (obviously, with correction to local history and traditions).
